Eric Jerardi Band - Restless 2007

Eric Jerardi um excelente guitarrista norte americano que vem do Ohio, faz parte da nova geração de Blues Rockers e tem grandes influencias de Robin Trower. Neste seu novo album toca com o seu power trio, formado por Jon Arnold (baixo) e Joe Prescott (bateria) que substituiu Curtis Sandford que tocou nos seus dois primeiros albuns, e conta ainda com a participação de Al Gamble (teclas). "Restless" foi produzido pelo veterano Willie Pevear (Neville Brothers, Lyle Lovett, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, entre outros). Para que não fique por aqui, trago também os seus dois primeiros albuns que contam com a participação do famoso Chuck Leavell (piano).

Steve Thorpe

Steve Thorpe é um excelente guitarrista que toca desde delta acoustic blues até ao rockin texas blues. Nasceu no Kentucky actualmente vive na Florida. O album "Live Down and Dirty" tem gravações ao vivo nos shows de Lou's Blues na Florida e Dirty Harry's em Daytona Beach. Dois grandes concertos. Nos dois albuns, Steve é acompanhado por excelentes musicos entre eles o seu filho de 20 anos Nathan (baixo)David Pastorius (sobrinho do grande Jaco Pastorius) Jim Essery (dos Allman Brothers na harmonica), entre muitos outros.

Ian Siegal - Swagger 2007

Ian Siegal é um dos grandes nomes do Blues Europeu. Nasceu em Inlgaterra e este é o seu 3º album. Chega às lojas no dia 3 de Setembro, e Ian Siegal (guitarra) faz-se acompanhar da sua banda: Andy Graham (baixo) Kinolaj Bjerre (bateria), ainda conta com a participação de Johnny Anderson (hammond nas musicas 1, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12), Matt Schofield (guitarra nas musicas 6, 9, 10, 11 e banjo na musica 12), Martin Lewis (sax nas musicas 9 e 11) e Pete Van Der Pluym (harmonica musica 6). Este album foi produzido pelo guitarrista Matt Schofield e mantém o som caracteristico de Siegal. Duas covers "Groundhog Blues" de John Le Hooker e "I Don't Know What You Got" de Little Richard. Um dos grandes albuns de 2007.
